I think design could be a superpower to facilitate collaboration with XFN. Also, integrating design thinking into strategy is fundamental in creating impactful and user-centric solutions.

Here's an overview of the design jams I've led and the artifacts I've crafted, all directed towards unraveling solutions for intricate problems and shaping the product vision. These initiatives incorporate various methods, such as co-creation sessions, user journey mapping, and summaries on UXR.

Insight Fusion (Learner Journey)

Worked with UX researcher to organize and visualize the insights collected from Consumer Insights, Product Marketing, UX Research. This artifact has been shared at the company-wide meetings and used as the foundation for the decisions that expand our products to meet student needs by different squads.

Ideation Workshop

Facilitated the ideation sessions to identify the opportunities for our product by digging into previous insights and brainstorming ideas with XFN.

Lofi Mock-ups

Conducted lofi mock-ups that helped the team move with greater agility to address issues early and adapt quickly along the way.

Product Logic Flow

Created high level functional flows to help engineers and PMs from different squads understand the E2E logic.

E2E Product Journey Map

Visualized the end-to-end experience on current core product to evaluate the usability and discover opportunities with XFN.
